• Prior legal/administrative or client-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct immigration-related legal research using case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Assist in preparing forms, filings, and supporting evidence for immigration applications.
• Summarize findings and present them clearly to supervising attorneys.
• Support attorneys with client communications and case management.
• Help organize files, manage deadlines, and handle administrative duties.
