Job summary

Altamira Technologies Corp. in Dayton, OH is seeking Mandarin Chinese language-enabled PAI/OSINT analysts to translate, research, and validate information for our clients in the U.S. IC.

You will apply your language skills to produce accurate analyses from Mandarin into English and vice versa. Responsibilities include in-depth open-source research, high-volume translation and transcription of technical content, and contributing to reporting and quality control to deliver actionable intelligence

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience conducting open-source research.
• Experience conducting research in the source language (Mandarin).
• Ability to demonstrate ILR 2 or ACTFL Advanced Low in listening and reading in Mandarin Chinese.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical support for the client's mission sets.
• Work both from the foreign language into English and English into the foreign language.
• Perform high volume, accurate translation, transcription, and interpretation of highly technical foreign language information into colloquial English.
• Additional tasks may include report writing, quality control, review, gisting, training, and others as necessary.
