Job summary

Soliant seeks a Mandarin Chinese teacher for the 2026-27 academic year near Goose Creek, SC. This full-time contract role serves students in Kindergarten through eighth grade, delivering engaging language instruction and fostering global awareness within a collaborative school setting.

You’ll create themed curricula, assess progress, and collaborate with staff to plan lessons and activities, while maintaining accurate student records and contributing to a supportive learning culture.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification in General Education or Foreign Language (Mandarin Chinese)
• Demonstrated experience teaching Mandarin Chinese, ideally in K–8 settings
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Proven ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners and proficiency levels
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin Chinese language curriculum to students in grades K–8
• Integrate multicultural content and experiential learning into classroom activities
