Responsibilities include handling calls professionally, maintaining industry vocabulary (healthcare/medical), completing internal training, and reporting to a team leader.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin at bilingual/native level.
• 1+ years of interpreting experience (desirable).
• High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures.
• Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to the Interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be aware of the healthcare/medical vocabulary used in interpretation.
• Go into internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
