Qualifications

• Must comply with CDC and Facility Medical Guidelines including masks and regular testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretations for customer service inquiries in Chinese; interpretations may be from English to Chinese and vice versa.
• Be available within agreed timeframe for inquiries outside standard scheduling.
• On-call scheduling and over-the-phone interpretation when needed.
• Protect confidentiality of PHI/PII and comply with HIPAA and related privacy acts.
