Gartner is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the enterprise strategy for promoting, activating, and amplifying differentiated research across Sales, Service, Marketing, Gartner.com, conferences, and events.

You will lead an organization of about 20 associates, build scalable activation mechanisms, and align cross-functional teams to maximize visibility, consumption, and commercial impact of Gartner’s BTI content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
  • 15+ years’ experience with content enablement.
  • Proven ability to provide expert-driven recommendations beyond coordination.
  • Recognized as a practice expert in content enablement.
  • Deep understanding of Gartner’s content portfolio and deployment for C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of analyst workflows, capabilities, needs, and authoring requirements.
  • Experience sourcing, selecting, and utilizing top content positions.
  • Extensive experience understanding C-level executives, their priorities, needs, and decision-making processes.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging analytics platforms.
  • Experience shifting organizations to proactive, strategic enablement models.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, executive influence, systems thinking, and understanding of executive research engagement.
  • Commercial acumen and enterprise leadership.
  • Deep understanding of Gartner’s research, sales, service, and BTI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Gartner’s enterprise strategy for promoting differentiated research.
  • Orchestrate Gartner’s highest-value content across Sales, Service, Marketing, Gartner.com, Conferences, Public Relations, digital channels, and webinars.
  • Lead and develop an organization of approximately 20 associates.
  • Establish a repeatable operating model for content promotion priorities, channels, timing, and cross-functional contributions.
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, Conferences, Product, Gartner.com, Communications, and Public Relations.
  • Surface high-value insights throughout the client journey, from digital discovery and campaigns through sales, service, conferences, media, and webinars.
  • Use client demand signals, performance analytics, commercial insights, and executive feedback to optimize promotion priorities.
  • Build scalable activation mechanisms that reduce manual coordination.
  • Drive Sales and Service conviction by equipping frontline associates with Gartner’s strongest content.
  • Partner with Content Strategy & Innovation, Content Modernization, Product, research leadership, GSSO, IPA analytics, and customer insights teams.
  • Align diverse organizations around maximizing the visibility, consumption, and commercial impact of Gartner’s research.
  • Chart how BTI’s top content is positioned across the business.
  • Lead AI content positioning and training for frontline associates.
