Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
Active California veterinary license in good standing
5+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ in a leadership role
Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Dedication to staff mentorship and team building
