Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent required.
• Eligible for Michigan veterinary licensure.
• Experience in routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and hospital growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animal patients.
• Build lasting client relationships through education and communication.
• Collaborate with support team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Mentor and support team members; foster a positive hospital culture.
• Partner with leadership to maintain high medical standards and operations.
• Grow into or serve as Managing Veterinarian with mentorship and development.
