Job Duties
- Provide medical leadership and oversight of the veterinary team
- Develop and uphold medical protocols and best practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care
- Mentor, coach, and inspire veterinarians and support staff
- Partner closely with the Hospital Manager on budgeting, financial performance, and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional, evidence‑based veterinary medicine
- Proven ability to lead, delegate, and develop high‑performing teams
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Compensation
- Base salary: $130,000–$175,000, commensurate with experience
- Additional production‑based bonuses
