Overview

Job Duties

• Provide medical leadership and oversight of the veterinary team
• Develop and uphold medical protocols and best practices
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care
• Mentor, coach, and inspire veterinarians and support staff
• Partner closely with the Hospital Manager on budgeting, financial performance, and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional, evidence‑based veterinary medicine
• Proven ability to lead, delegate, and develop high‑performing teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Compensation
