Twin Bridges Animal Hospital in Davenport, IA, is seeking a Lead Veterinarian/Managing Veterinarian to mentor our doctors, support a strong medical team, and help guide the continued growth of our thriving practice. Our modern hospital includes 4 exam rooms, a surgical suite, dental treatment tables, an in‑house IDEXX lab, ultrasound, a surgical laser, and a new digital x‑ray. You’ll see a diverse caseload, including small animal general practice, pocket pets, and some exotics, supported by an experienced team that values work‑life balance.
You’ll also have access to PetOne Veterinary Training Center (advanced CE in surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, and leadership), plus NVA’s wellbeing resources, including expert‑led webinars, support groups, ally groups, leadership development, and in‑person retreats focused on resilience, burnout support, and psychological safety.
