Las Posas Veterinary Medical Center in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Managing Veterinarian who wants to lead through great medicine—not paperwork. You’ll still practice medicine, mentor doctors, and help shape the hospital’s future while operations handle the headaches so you can focus on patients, people, and the medicine that brought you here.

Our 5-doctor practice has deep roots in the community, serving Camarillo, Santa Rosa, Somis, and Thousand Oaks since 1993.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and California veterinary license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong passion for exceptional medicine and building great teams.
• Experience mentoring veterinarians and leading clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active clinical caseload.

What We're Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent)
• Californiaveterinary license (orability to obtainone)
• ECFVG or PAVE certification if applicable
• Passion for exceptionalmedicine and buildinggreat teams
• Strong surgical experience, including advanced softtissue procedures suchas exploratory laparotomies, gastropexies, gastrotomies, pyometra surgeries, urinaryobstructions, hernia repairs, enucleations, mastectomies, and similarcases
