Support the successful delivery of projects involving environmental remediation systems, civil works, earthwork operations, hazardous waste management, industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, air treatment systems, and site restoration. Manage demolition activities at industrial facilities including power plants, former chemical manufacturing facilities, and manufacturing sites that may require PCB and asbestos abatement. Help identify future opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support business development efforts that contribute to ERM's continued growth.

What You'll Bring:
  • Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, Geology, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training required (training can be provided).
  • Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

  • Preferred OSHA 30-hour Construction training.
  • OSHA 8-hour Supervisor training.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Prior construction, remediation, and demolition cost estimating experience.
  • Experience evaluating contractor proposals and supporting procurement activities for environmental construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and review remediation and demolition projects, including development of scopes of work, review of contractor work plans, evaluation of scope options, development and review of project cost estimates, participation in pre-construction interviews, and supervision of field activities.
  • Attend client meetings, progress meetings, and project reviews while documenting project status and schedule updates.
  • Conduct field safety walks, monitor project activities, and prepare detailed field reports.
  • Work closely with ERM Project Managers and Partners in Charge to drive project execution, support client communications, and establish expectations regarding safety, quality, and overall project performance.
  • Review contractor documentation including Requests for Information (RFIs), contract clarifications, required submittals, change order requests, and other project compliance documentation.
