The Strategic Engagement Team exists to drive focused go-to-market execution for UKG's most critical customers and emerging growth areas. The team creates scalable engagement models, strengthens executive relationships, builds multi-year transformation partnerships, and accelerates long‑term revenue growth through strategic customer engagement.
The team's work is centered on outcome‑based partnerships, executive influence, co‑innovation, value realization, and consistent strategic engagement motions across UKG's highest‑priority accounts.
The Managing Partner is responsible for maximizing the long‑term value, growth, and strategic impact of a portfolio of UKG's most important customer relationships. Working at the intersection of business strategy, executive engagement, and enterprise execution, the Managing Partner partners with customers to accelerate business outcomes, strengthen executive alignment, and expand the value customers realize from their investment in UKG.
Operating across a multi‑year horizon, the Managing Partner develops a deep understanding of each customer's business strategy, operating priorities, and transformation agenda. They translate those priorities into actionable account strategies that align UKG's capabilities, executive sponsorship, and cross‑functional resources to deliver measurable customer outcomes and create sustainable opportunities for growth.
Success in this role is measured by the long‑term health and performance of the customer portfolio. The Managing Partner drives customer retention, adoption, value realization, executive engagement, and expansion by ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes while identifying new opportunities to deepen UKG's strategic partnership and enterprise footprint.
The Managing Partner works in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, Services, and Executive Leadership to align long‑term account strategy with commercial priorities and customer success. Enterprise Account Executives continue to lead opportunity execution, forecasting, and commercial transactions, while the Managing Partner focuses on strengthening executive partnerships, guiding strategic account planning, and mobilizing the organization around the customer's most important business objectives.
As the executive orchestrator of the customer relationship, the Managing Partner brings together the right people, capabilities, and investments across UKG to remove barriers, accelerate customer success, and ensure every strategic engagement advances measurable value for both the customer and UKG.

The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance‑based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
