Gartner is seeking a Managing Partner in Gartner Consulting North America to advise CIOs, CEOs, and senior leaders on technology strategy, risk, and growth. You will lead high-impact engagements that turn insights into action and drive measurable value for marquee banking clients.

As a banking SME, you will expand the practice, build executive relationships, and coach teams to deliver sustainable results in a hybrid work environment across North America.

Qualifications

• Proven background in a well-regarded consulting firm with delivery and revenue responsibility.
• Strong foundation in technology problem-solving (architecture, analytics, engineering, or strategy).
• Banking industry subject matter expertise and banking technology solutions knowledge.
• Credibility across multiple IT domains and track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise at the highest level with senior executives to define tech strategies enabling business outcomes.
• Lead hands-on consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights and execute strategies.
• Drive measurable value by modernizing platforms, cloud migrations, data analytics, and cost optimization.
• Expand accounts and drive revenue through strategic relationship development and opportunity closing.
• Inspire and develop high-performing consultants to solve complex problems.
