Bubba's 33 is seeking a rockstar Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and ensure quality food and superior service. You will lead a full-service restaurant, drive P&L, and manage a team in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities include directing management, optimizing costs, ensuring compliance, and fostering development of key staff. The company emphasizes a fun culture, advancement opportunities, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a GM/MP or multi-unit manager in a full-service concept.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.
• Managing Partners must make an initial monetary deposit and enter an employment agreement.

Responsibilities

• Enforce employment policies with support from the management team.
• Direct and schedule the management team; assign restaurant responsibilities.
• Manage performance, coaching, and evaluations of management staff.
• Recruit, interview, and hire management and hourly employees.
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs; ensure compliance with liquor laws.
