Modern Woodmen is seeking a managing partner to lead and grow a district of financial representatives. You will recruit, mentor and develop talent, building a team culture focused on service, growth, and long-term success while representing the company at networking events and career fairs.

You will provide hands-on coaching to help your team reach goals and advance Modern Woodmen’s mission through community programs and member services. This role offers autonomy and clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Obtain and retain Series 6, 63 and 26 securities licenses.
• Have previous financial services experience.
• Demonstrated or has leadership skills.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Wants to grow personally while helping others.
• Enjoys building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
