Bles Wellness and Apparel is seeking a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice. This is a contractor position with your own space and schedule, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.

You’ll service clients referred via the company system; your own clients stay with you, while referrals from Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Compensation includes hourly rates, commissions on skincare and apparel, and monthly payouts.

About the Role

Bles Wellness and Apparel is hiring a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position — you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

What This Involves

You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking and marketing system. Clients you bring with you remain your own; clients referred through Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Scheduling, booking, and client communications are handled through the Bles Wellness system at no cost to you.

Compensation

• $46/hr for clients booked through marketing channels
• $70/hr for membership or full-pay clients
• 10% commission on skincare product sales
• 2–20% commission on apparel sales (rate set by individual partnership agreement)
• Paid monthly
