Job summary

Bles Wellness and Apparel seeks a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area as a contractor.

You work from your own space, set your own schedule, and provide massage therapy to clients. You’ll earn hourly rates with additional commissions on skincare and apparel sales, while clients you bring remain yours and referrals from Bles Wellness are part of the partnership.

Qualifications

• Active massage therapy license required.
• Strong customer service skills for ongoing client relationships.
• Ability to book and manage your own schedule.

About the Role

Bles Wellness and Apparel is hiring a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position — you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

What This Involves

You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking and marketing system. Clients you bring with you remain your own; clients referred through Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Scheduling, booking, and client communications are handled through the Bles Wellness system at no cost to you.

Compensation

• $46/hr for clients booked through marketing channels
• $70/hr for membership or full-pay clients
• 10% commission on skincare product sales
• 2–20% commission on apparel sales (rate set by individual partnership agreement)
• Paid monthly
