SR Staffing seeks a Managing Partner for its Scottsdale, Arizona office to lead a boutique law firm with practices in mass tort/PI defense, commercial litigation and constitutional litigation.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $450,000 base, with bonuses and potential equity, and the firm covers health insurance, PTO and paid holidays. Partner-level, 10+ years’ experience required, with openness to broad litigation backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience, Partner level
• Open to any general litigation experience – commercial/business lit, mass tort/pi/insurance defense, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Scottsdale office as Managing Partner.
• Provide strategic direction for the firm’s growth and leadership in the practice areas.
• Oversee client relationships, case strategy, and business development efforts.
