This role involves overseeing all facets of the restaurant's operations, ensuring adherence to standards of Legendary Food and Legendary Service. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of managerial experience and strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

• 2+ years as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to problem-solve and manage stress in a high-volume setting.
• Managing Partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with employment policies.
• Direct and manage the work of the management team.
• Oversee performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage food costs and labor costs, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety.
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Managing food costs, waste, and labor costs.
• Overseeing weekly and monthly P&L statements.
• Planning and overseeing inventories and budgets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Verifying audits, safety checks, and training standards.
• Overseeing restaurant cleanliness and security measures.
• Managing incentive programs for management and staff.
• Developing key employees and managers through training on policies and practices.
• Understanding and enforcing safe food handling procedures.
• Acting as liaison with store vendors and support center contacts.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team
• Directing work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
• Managing performance of management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees
• Providing ultimate oversight over all food, labor, and liquor costs
• Providing ultimate oversight over compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling labor costs
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L
• Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
• Verifying audit, ESF, daily Taste & Temp, and training standards are being maintained
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Overseeing incentive programs for management and hourly staff members
• Overseeing development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Acting as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts
