Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in investigations, risk advisory, or due diligence.
• Proficient in Westlaw and Nexis for researching legal and corporate records.
• Strong writing skills for client-ready investigative reports.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sophisticated research on high-profile investigations as an individual contributor.
• Serve as case manager for routine, in-depth research and client-ready deliverables.
• Collaborate with practice groups and leadership across Executive Due Diligence and Transaction Due Diligence.
• Develop and refine investigative methodologies to increase efficiency.
• Ensure deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
