Our client, with multiple offices in New England, is seeking a Managing Engineer for their Traffic group, working out of their office in Southeastern MA. The Managing Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Leading and managing a team of Engineers;
2. Performing traffic studies;
3. Intersection and signal designs;
4. Writing and reviewing reports;
5. Partnering with client base and participating as traffic expert in town, state, and other meetings.

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 10-12+ years of experience as a Transportation / Traffic Engineer;
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) License;
• Experience managing and leading a small team of Engineers;
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, personable, and emotionally intelligent;
• Experience with Transportation / Traffic software;
• Hybrid work environment including office, field, and remote.

Nice to have:

• Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) Certification;
