You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and publish or present findings to advance Exponent’s reputation in the field. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post-graduation experience in human injury analyses.
• Ability to generate business and manage client relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present technical topics clearly to managers and clients.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from initiation to completion with updates to team and clients.
• Developing and growing the Biomechanics Practice in Denver.
• Attracting and developing new projects and clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Building and leading diverse teams and mentoring staff.
• Providing project management and budget oversight.
• Setting up and executing test programs including full-scale vehicle tests.
• Overseeing inspections, testing, and engineering analyses.
• Attracting projects to support full-time staff and junior consultants.
• Promoting Exponent’s multidisciplinary expertise through papers and conferences.

Education

Ph.D. in Biomechanical Engineering / related field
