• 5+ years of broadcast, CTV, or digital news production experience.
• Exceptional editorial judgment and advanced news writing/editing skills.
• Proven track record in leading daily newsroom operations and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day newsroom operations, ensuring seamless integration between linear broadcasts and CTV content.
• Oversee content editing for accuracy, clarity, and journalistic standards.
• Direct content strategy, editorial calendars, story ideas, and assignment desk.
• Conceptualize and launch original CTV/streaming formats for digital audiences.
• Refine streaming shows and translate successful formats to linear broadcasts.
• Supervise, train, and manage producers; schedule newsroom staff; enforce deadlines.
• Evaluate streaming analytics and engagement metrics to drive editorial decisions.
• Bridge digital-first teams with traditional newsroom workflows.
• Partner with Creative Services, Engineering, and Digital teams to align content with station objectives.
