Job Location: New York, NY (CSC). Reports to: VP, Marketing. Supervision: Content Studio team. Grade/Class: Grade I, Exempt, PSA-Eligible.
Managing Editor leads ADL’s Content Studio and is responsible for shaping a clear, consistent, and compelling voice across all content. This role ensures that ADL’s work—spanning research, advocacy, and education—is translated into storytelling that is credible, emotionally resonant, and accessible to a broad audience. The Managing Editor brings a strong editorial background and proven leadership experience, guiding a team while partnering across departments to unify messaging, strengthen storytelling, and elevate how ADL shows up across web, newsletters, video, and emerging platforms. Grounded in SEO and AEO best practices, this role ensures that ADL’s content is not only powerful, but also discoverable and impactful.

This position has a salary range of $140,000 to $150,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, NY.
