Job summary

Turning Point Search seeks a Managing Director for TIC Packing and Materials, Electrical, E&E, EMC Testing. You will lead a ISO 17025-accredited lab, drive revenue growth, and ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, financial management, CapEx planning, and cross-functional oversight of operations, sales, and marketing to expand services. The role requires 10+ years in TIC or related labs, a bachelor’s degree, and proven P&L and governance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced certification preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership in TIC or similar labs.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and value.
• Manage full P&L and annual budgets with forecasts.
• Lead CapEx planning for equipment and facilities.
• Direct day-to-day laboratory operations across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate on pricing, market positioning, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure ISO 17025 compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Lead recruitment and leadership development within teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional ERP/CRM implementations and improvements.
