Ten+ years of investment banking or corporate finance advisory experience.
Proven success originating business and closing middle-market transactions.
Established sector relationships and a clear business development plan.
Experience managing client engagements and leading teams of IB professionals.
Strong valuation, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Source and originate advisory opportunities with owners, executives, and sponsors.
Lead M&A and capital-raising assignments from discussions to mandate.
Oversee acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions as senior contact.
Direct valuation, financial analysis, due diligence, client materials.
Manage negotiations and coordinate with counsel, accountants, advisers.
Supervise transaction teams and mentor junior bankers.
Identify additional advisory needs for growth or liquidity events.
