Job summary

Business Contract Technologies is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. This senior role focuses on originating engagements, leveraging a strong deal-network, and guiding complex financial due diligence for private equity, lenders, and corporate clients.

You will oversee buy-side and sell-side engagements, advise on earnings quality, working capital, EBITDA adjustments, and help shape the firm's growth strategy while mentoring senior team

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transaction Advisory Services practice
• Generate new engagements through an established deal-network / Rolodex
• Build relationships with PE firms, investment banks, lenders, attorneys and corporate clients
• Oversee buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
• Advise clients on quality of earnings, working capital, EBITDA adjustments and other transaction-related financial matters
• Lead and develop senior team members
• Help establish the firm’s market presence and growth strategy
• Maintain significant involvement with clients from origination through engagement completion

Managing Director – Transaction Advisory Services / Practice Leader

Seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow a Transaction Advisory Services practice. This is a senior, revenue-generating leadership position for an established transaction advisory professional with a strong network of private equity firms, investment bankers, lenders, attorneys, and corporate deal professionals.

The Managing Director will be responsible for originating new business, expanding existing relationships, leading transaction advisory engagements, and building the practice/team.
