The Managing Director leads day-to-day value creation on a portfolio of 40+ LP investments in lower middle market PE funds managed by financial sponsors, drives portfolio-level performance, and mentors junior team members.Key responsibilities include: own accountability for 40+ LP investment files as primary point person; coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and strategic initiatives; track carrying values and exposure, oversee risk analysis; manage pipeline of new investments and serve on LP advisory committees; present investment/monitoring materials to investment committees; prepare and review portfolio forecasts and performance materials; oversee quarterly reporting and valuation; complete preliminary due diligence on new investment opportunities.All investments support BMO's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives.
