Minimal Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills:

  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field. At least five years or more of management experience working in the health care or social enterprise industry.
  • Extensive background in clinical operations management, conflict mitigation, process improvement and compliance oversight. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing clinical strategies that drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical compliance standards.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive change.

Summary

The Chief Integration Officer will oversee all key operational functions of the organization. Responsible for administrating and managing key initiatives for sustainable growth and community impact. Directly supervise the Clinical Site Managers, Operations Manager and the Data Manager

Responsibilities

  • Mentor a high-performing team of clinical professionals to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to drive clinical initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinical metrics to assess performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure the organization remains at the forefront of clinical best practices and advancements in healthcare delivery.
  • Develops and implements clinical policies and procedures; and prepares activity reports to inform leadership of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives.
  • Lead all operational aspects of cross functional clinical programs, including strategic planning, communication, coordination, delegation, and stepping into direct action as necessary to make sure goals are achieved on time and on budget.
  • Responsible for overseeing clinical personnel functions including hiring, orientation, competency validation, evaluation of performance and compliance, personal development related to clinical and operational performance.
  • Manages the daily operations of a healthcare facility or department, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of clinical services, patient safety, and compliance with regulations, while also overseeing staff and budgets
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop & implement action plans to avoid or mitigate program risks and make appropriate trade-offs of balancing risks with study deliverables and costs.
  • Acts as a point of contact for all patient complaints/incidents and takes appropriate action as needed.
  • Communicates with physicians and mid-levels at all clinical sites to ensure the efficient flow of clinical services.
  • Ensures quality service delivery for all patients, staff and physicians.
  • Leading the overall delivery, through your management team, to drive execution of service, client satisfaction, quality and efficiencies.
  • Provide Clinical/Operations updates, including trial status/metrics, budget, accomplishments and risks to Chief Clinical Officer and other relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative, and dynamic relationships with co-workers of diverse backgrounds and expertise.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility
  • Work with Operation Manager to ensure the site systems, equipment, and infrastructure are properly maintained and repaired, including developing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensures Good facilities management and maintenance can deliver greater adaptability, flexibility, and sustainability for your organization.
  • Work with third party IT Vendor and onsite specialist managing the organization's critical apps and work closely CCO and the Risk Management and Compliance Committee to comply, monitor, and implement corrective actionable steps to ensure successful submission of FTCA Deeming Application and PCMH.
  • Lead with establishing benchmarks and report monthly management planning meetings.
  • Review legislative mandates in the first quarter of the calendar year and report any updates.
  • Serve on External Committees, the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee, Operations Management and Risk Management Committee. to strengthen service lines and deliverables.
  • Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
  • Foster a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging environment while keeping personnel and management accountable to company policies and federal regulations.
  • Ensure managers comply with the organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations, and general duty of care.
  • Assist with the completion of UDS and HUD NOFs, DFSS, and other mandatory reports.
