Role

The Company is seeking an Assurance Managing Director for Accounting Advisory and Outsourcing. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying and leading projects related to complex accounting and reporting matters for both public and private entities. This includes assisting with the implementation of new accounting standards and managing day-to-day client relationships. The role also involves leading engagement teams, fostering new business opportunities, and demonstrating thought leadership in the field. The Managing Director will be expected to work closely with the ARAS team, apply relevant regulations and standards, and contribute to the development of new tools and templates for ARAS engagements.

Qualifications

Applicants must have a Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics, with a Master\'s degree preferred, and a CPA certification. A minimum of 12 years\' experience in accounting and reporting advisory services is required, with a preference for those with 7 years\' of supervisory experience. The role demands a solid understanding of accounting standards for public companies, strong leadership and management skills, and superior written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate will also have excellent client development and relationship-building skills, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities include not only leading and managing projects but also developing business opportunities and providing training in the field.
