Qualifications

• Managing Director-level leader with experience in media, data, analytics, CRM, martech, AI or customer transformation.
• Strong credibility with media leadership and senior client teams.
• Able to bridge performance marketing, customer data, platform and business transformation conversations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with WPP Media leadership and client teams to identify ES-relevant opportunities.
• Shape opportunities around measurement, customer intelligence, personalization, CRM, data, AI, platform and marketing operating model transformation.
• Help media teams identify when a client need should be escalated into ES rather than solved only within the media scope.
• Develop client POVs and opportunity briefs that connect media signals to broader business and technology needs.
• Route qualified opportunities into the right ES activation support and keep momentum through early-stage pursuit.
• Coordinate with Growth Architecture when the opportunity requires technical validation, enterprise architecture or complex commercial shaping.
• Capture media-to-ES patterns that can be reused across priority accounts.
