Qualifications

• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel and maintain onsite presence during core hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships for complex exempt organization engagements.
• Drive growth through cross-selling and new client acquisition.
• Provide tax guidance on exempt status, Form 990 reporting, and governance issues.
• Act as a national technical resource for charities, foundations, and associations.
• Draft thought leadership and contribute to internal training.
• Ensure compliance and stay current with legislative and IRS developments.
• Mentor teams, support marketing efforts, and participate in business development.
