JOB DESCRIPTION

Robert Half Executive Search (RH ES) has experienced significant year-over-year growth and is seeking a Managing Director (MD) to join the team in the Los Angeles, California area. In this boutique-like environment, the MD will focus on business development efforts to secure retained search engagements with clients and manage the overall engagement delivery process. The MD will build trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their business, culture, and talent acquisition needs. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the interview process, as well as providing consultative advice and guidance on executive search best practices.

The MD will oversee and drive the search engagement process, which includes client management, search strategy development, position specification creation, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding facilitation.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

This position reports to the Senior Group Managing Director for the region. The role is based in Los Angeles, California, with in-office work required 1-2 times per week.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
