Job summary

Jobtailor in Tulsa seeks an experienced fundraising professional to lead donor portfolio development and execution. You will set vision and strategy for cultivation, manage a diverse donor base, and steward relationships in close partnership with the Executive Director.

You will maintain fundraising records in the CRM, track progress toward ambitious goals, and excel in building relationships across external prospects and donors from diverse funding streams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in development and fundraising contexts.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding donor portfolio goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in stewarding a diverse portfolio of donors/funders from various funding streams
