Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Managing Director who will lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work. You will recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culture and help shape the firm's growth trajectory.

You'll leverage the firm's history and support to expand your practice and guide a leadership style aligned with your vision, joining a firm with a strong brand in the financial services industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development. As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you'll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm. You'll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

Requirements
