Director – Delay, Damages & Construction Claims

Location: USA – Remote with travel as needed

Ingenivm working with a leading consultancy that supports major infrastructure, commercial, and energy projects across North America in disputes, expert witness, and advisory roles. They are growing their U.S. practice and looking to hire a Director with experience in delay and damages analysis.

They are open to a range of backgrounds — whether you’re coming from a delay analysis, claims consultancy, or forensic cost/damages perspective.

The ideal profile would include:

• Strong understanding of project controls — particularly scheduling and/or estimating
• Experience supporting dispute resolution, claims preparation, or expert reports
• Ability to work with contemporaneous records to assess delays, cost overruns, and damages
• Knowledge of tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, or cost modeling software
• Previous experience in construction management, project controls, or forensic analysis

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in quantum/damages analysis, forensic estimating, or cost claims
• Exposure to both schedule and cost elements of disputes
• A background working on major capital projects in infrastructure, energy, or commercial sectors
• A client base and/or network that you can bring over
