TYG is partnering with a leading global consultancy to appoint a Managing Director to join its expanding Disputes and Advisory group in Wisconsin. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape a high-performing team and drive the firm’s regional growth.

The MD will lead advisory and expert services on construction disputes, oversee claims strategy and presentation for major infrastructure projects, and help develop client relationships and new business opportunities in the region.

Competenze

• Strong background in construction disputes and advisory work, particularly in delay and/or quantum.
• Proven track record in leading expert appointments or supporting expert work.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to contribute to business development and bring a book of business.
• Prior experience in a consultancy or expert witness environment preferred.
