Connected Captive Solutions is a leading provider of innovative alternative risk solutions. We are dedicated to helping businesses succeed by offering tailored captive insurance programs.

We are seeking a new team member to join us as Managing Director - Business Development, Captive Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully driving business development efforts across the US.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and manage business development channels through brokers, business associations, and other strategic partners to identify and engage potential clients seeking alternative risk solutions.
  2. Design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers across various industries.
  4. Identify and qualify leads to assess prospective clients’ suitability for captive insurance solutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program implementation and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings.
  6. Work with team members focused on business development to ensure coordination and accountability.
  7. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, network, build brand awareness, and present proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Proven success in generating new business and achieving sales targets within the captive industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
