Job summary

NCAA seeks a Managing Director to lead strategic AI initiatives, align AI with business goals, and drive enterprise transformation. The role requires 12+ years in tech leadership, 5+ years in AI/data initiatives, and strong cross-functional influence across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, data, digital, or business transformation roles.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI, advanced analytics, or data science initiatives at scale.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Refine and communicate the enterprise AI vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.

Description

The Managing Director combines strategic leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise to identify and scale high-impact AI opportunities, advance organizational AI maturity, and establish the governance, operating model, and talent capabilities required to support long-term success.

Strategic Leadership and Vision
  • Under the direction of the CTO, the Managing Director will refine and communicate the enterprise AI vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to integrate AI into business and technology strategies.
  • Identify emerging AI trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decision-making.
Enterprise Transformation and Value Delivery
  • Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.
