Job summary

NCAA seeks a Managing Director to lead strategic AI initiatives, align AI with business goals, and drive enterprise transformation. The role requires 12+ years in tech leadership, 5+ years in AI/data initiatives, and strong cross-functional influence across the organization.

Under CTO guidance, you will shape the AI vision, govern risk and compliance, and oversee portfolio management to deliver measurable value and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, data, digital, or business transformation roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading AI, advanced analytics, or data science initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities
