WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director, Advisor Growth to lead and expand a team of experienced financial advisors while maintaining personal client work. You will recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance culture to drive long-term growth for the firm.

The role emphasizes building an expanding practice with leadership, coaching, and strategic vision within a firm with strong history and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and mentor financial advisors.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking aproven financial advisorfor a strategicManaging Director, Advisor Growth. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history - while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required

• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
