We are looking for a Managing Director to join our growing team as a senior leader who will drive agency strategy, positioning, and client offerings while fostering an exceptional employee experience.

Job Summary

The Managing Director will work with a multi‑disciplinary and multicultural team, develop advanced offerings, lead change management, and cultivate commercial growth and profitability.

What you’ll do

• Position yourself as an industry leader, networking to develop brand awareness.
• Build on the current Medical Communication and Marketing offering to establish a multi‑disciplinary team including analytics, digital, and creative.
• Leverage previous agency experience in a similar senior role.
• Prove a track record of growing complex, multidisciplinary, and integrated client accounts.
• Demonstrate success in new business and business development.
• Apply an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to growing clients and revenue.
• Show strong commercial and financial acumen; have led a profitable business or vertical.
• Develop programs targeted at Medical Affairs and Clinical Trials teams.
• Expand client relationships into digital media, marketing, advertising, and social media.
• Lead portfolio growth, new business, and profitability.
• Provide strategic counsel across existing accounts and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with shared‑services groups (analytics, creative) and subject‑matter experts.
• Immerse quickly in Real Chemistry offerings and methodologies.
• Create a 30‑60‑90 day plan outlining key contributions and expectations.
• Partner with leadership to deliver a robust consultancy strategy.
• Facilitate training and mentoring to support growth.
• Identify new hires to accelerate business growth.
