Compensation: Performance-based with realistic annual earnings of $500,000+

Role Summary

The Managing Director (MD) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the sales strategy and achieving significant revenue growth within their designated region. The MD will lead a multi-channel sales engine, including their own direct sales efforts, a network of channel partners, and a team of Regional Directors. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in high-value B2B sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve an annual team sales target of $3.5 million.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Regional Directors (RDs), setting their targets and ensuring their success.
  • Channel Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of sales partners to amplify market reach and revenue generation.
  • Direct Client Acquisition: Personally drive and close high-value deals with enterprise clients, investment funds, and corporate partners.
  • Market Dominance: Serve as a subject matter expert on our asset tokenization platforms (Reg D, Reg S, Reg A+, Reg CF) and our diverse AI training programs.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on all sales activities, providing accurate forecasting and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within financial services, SaaS, fintech, ed-tech, or management consulting.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent Communication: World-class verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Network (Preferred for MD): An existing network of contacts within the financial or corporate sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Interest in Technology: A strong interest in and ability to learn about emerging technologies like blockchain, asset tokenization, and artificial intelligence.

Compensation & Earning Potential

We offer a highly competitive, transparent, and rewarding compensation structure designed for top performers.

  • Performance-Based Salary: Your salary is directly tied to achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum salary eligibility: begins once you achieve 10% of your annual target.
  • Retroactive Accrual: Your salary is accrued from your first day of employment and paid out upon reaching performance milestones.
  • Example 1: If you hit 10% of your target in month 4, you receive 10% of your potential salary, calculated and paid for all 4 months.
  • Example 2: If you hit 50% of your target in month 7, you receive 50% of your potential salary, calculated and paid for all 7 months.
  • Substantial Commissions: Earn significant commissions on all your personal sales.
  • (MDs Only) Earn additional override commissions from the sales generated by your Regional Directors and channel partners.
  • Performance Bonuses: Lucrative bonuses awarded for exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Unlimited Earning Potential: There is no cap on earnings. Motivated leaders can realistically earn $500,000+ annually. Targets and performance metrics reset each year, providing a consistent opportunity for high earnings.
