WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors in Seattle. This PLAYER/COACH role combines leadership with maintaining a personal practice to model excellence, drive growth, and deliver exceptional client service.

You will mentor advisors, expand client portfolios, and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen WealthBridge's brand and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
