You will mentor advisors, expand client portfolios, and ensure service excellence while leveraging WealthBridge resources and brand strength to execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
