WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position focuses on building and leading a team of experienced advisors while continuing your own client work, recruiting and mentoring peers, and driving high-performance culture.

You will shape the firm’s future growth with support from an established brand and 175 years of history, maintaining autonomy to grow your practice and develop your leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices.
