Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director and proven financial advisor to lead a growth-oriented practice in the United States. The role combines continuing client work with building and mentoring a team of experienced advisors, creating a high-performance culture, and shaping the firm’s future growth.

You will leverage the firm’s long history and strong brand while developing your leadership style and expanding the practice through strategic hires and client development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a focus on mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Overview

Managing Director | WealthBridge

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position is ideal for an experienced advisor who has built a personal practice and is ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

As the Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the firm’s future growth.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
