Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a senior-level Finance & Accounting leader to join its expanding team. This position moves beyond traditional accounting into a client-facing, strategic advisory role with meaningful ownership and visibility.

You will lead complex engagements across multiple industries, advise C-suite executives on technical accounting, transactions, reporting, and capital markets, and oversee engagements from scoping through execution while building senior-level client

Qualifications

• 14+ years of accounting, finance, or advisory experience.
• Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience with complex transactions such as M&A, IPOs, divestitures, or capital markets.
• Proven client relationship and business development skills.
• Comfortable operating at the executive level.
