WealthBridge seeks a Managing Director to lead a team of experienced financial advisors and grow the firm’s personal practice. You will recruit, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture while continuing your own client work and guiding overall growth strategy.

The role emphasizes leadership, succession planning, and leveraging the firm’s long history and resources to scale practices and develop talent across the advisory team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.
