TalentBloom is seeking a Managing Consultant to deliver high-value consulting work and begin mentoring Analyst-level consultants. The role focuses on client success, leadership development, and delivering strategic outcomes across projects in technology, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will manage mid-sized initiatives, guide teams, and communicate with stakeholders while building tomorrow’s diverse leaders through coaching and feedback. A BA/BS is highly preferred.

The Managing Consultant is a consulting position with a purpose. Managing Consultants deliver high-value consulting work for clients while beginning to build skills mentoring diverse Analyst-level consultants. They are empathetic and authentic leaders who are committed to client success, the success of their colleagues, and fulfilling the mission and goals of our company. They use their strong project management, consulting, and leadership capabilities to further clients’ strategies and develop tomorrow’s diverse leaders – making the workplace, and the world, better.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage mid-sized initiatives and projects, including systems implementations, merger integration, business process redesign, and other business changes
• Manage end-to-end client projects with a focus on outcomes, mitigating and communicating risks, communications and change management, team leadership, and stakeholder management
• Mentor, guide, and leverage Analyst-level consultants to deliver targeted project outcomes
• Use your strong project management experience, exceptional communications, leadership, trust-building, and organizational skills to successfully lead initiatives
